magnum8 Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the magnum8.org website together with all services, games and features provided on it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with or uses the magnum8 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a User for the purpose of accessing the Platform's services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds in a User's Account at any given time, covering real money and eligible bonus value.
• "Bonus" refers to any added value, free credits or incentive granted to a User subject to certain conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• "magnum8" refers to the operator of the Platform and all associated entities responsible for it.

2. User Eligibility

To register for and use magnum8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have the capacity to enter into legally binding decisions.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list voluntarily submitted to magnum8.
• Access and use of the Platform must not conflict with any laws or regulations in force in your area of residence.
• Not be an employee of magnum8 or an immediate family member of such an employee.

3. Account Registration

The account registration process at magnum8 requires Users to provide true, complete and current information. All mandatory fields during registration must be filled in with valid information.

Each User is permitted to open one (1) account only. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under their own name or using another person's identity, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in all related accounts being terminated and fund balances being forfeited.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. It is recommended that you use a strong password and not share it with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the magnum8 support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

magnum8 supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is confirmed.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as or consistent with the deposit method used, subject to the platform's current policy.
• magnum8 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals until the identity verification process has been completed.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all payment account details provided are accurate. magnum8 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information.

magnum8 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals on the platform's end. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges that are beyond magnum8's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

magnum8 offers a welcome bonus to new players in the form of a 100% match on the first deposit up to RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

A worked example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. For a deposit of RM1,800, the maximum bonus of RM888 is received bringing the balance to RM2,688, and the wagering requirement is RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

Additional conditions relating to bonuses and promotions:

• Only one bonus may be active at any one time unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash.
• magnum8 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions or the bonus system in an improper manner will result in the bonus being voided and the account may be suspended.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the specified period. Expired bonuses cannot be used or transferred.

6. magnum8 VIP Programme

The magnum8 VIP Programme rewards members with weekly cashback based on their membership tier. There are four tiers in this programme:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

A member's progression through VIP tiers depends on betting activity and engagement with the platform. magnum8 reserves the right to review a member's VIP status based on recent activity patterns. Cashback is credited according to the payment schedule set by magnum8 from time to time.

7. Game Rules

All games available on the magnum8 Platform, covering online slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and crash games, are subject to their own rules accessible within the respective game interface.

Users are advised to fully understand the rules of each game before starting a betting session. Results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed unless in cases of technical failure that can be verified by the magnum8 system.

Should a technical disruption occur during a game session, magnum8 will review the system records and deliver a decision based on the recorded data. magnum8's decision in such matters is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the magnum8 Platform:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using third-party software, automated bots or any technical method to manipulate games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live table games.
• Exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system through systematic hedging bets.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, magnum8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
• Platform disruption or unavailability due to maintenance or technical failure beyond magnum8's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a User's account due to the User's own negligence in maintaining account security.
• Any act or omission by third-party service providers, including payment providers and game providers.

A user's account and its balance are not banking or investment products. magnum8 does not guarantee any returns or profits from betting activities on the Platform.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the magnum8 support team. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible real money balance may be requested for withdrawal.

magnum8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other Platform policies.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the stipulated period.
• Instructions from relevant legal or regulatory authorities.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

magnum8 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via notifications on the Platform or by email to the registered address.

Continued use of the Platform after any such changes take effect will be deemed as the User's acceptance of the updated Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review this document from time to time.

The "Updated" date shown at the top of this document reflects the latest version of the Terms and Conditions currently in force.

12. Responsible Gambling

magnum8 is committed to responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools to help users manage their betting activity, including options to limit deposit amounts and set session time limits.

If you feel that your betting activity is affecting your finances, personal relationships, or overall well-being, please contact our support team for assistance or further information on self-exclusion. The self-exclusion programme allows users to block their own access to the Platform for a specified period.

13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the international licensing terms under which magnum8 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with the Platform or these Terms will first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the User and magnum8.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, both parties agree to refer it to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanism at magnum8's discretion, based on the applicable licensing framework.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remainder of these Terms continues in full force and effect.
